My ‘before & after photo’ stuff, i get so many questions on it
It was just a simple change in my diet; I was eating way more healthy. Eggs on toast for breaky, tuna on cruskits for lunch, whatever there was for dinner and fruit in between :) lots of water also! I was also doing 100 sit ups a night to try and tone. It took just over a month to get those results!
I am not a weight loss blog, i wasn’t intending on losing any weight but i lost 2kg.
Just some random things :)
